- Angela Hartnell Review added: 2018.10.04★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I would just like to thank the paramedics that attended my mother yesterday who had slipped on the floor. Unfortunately she had been there for just over an hour before I found her. The response was good and both paramedics were kind, patient and courteous. An ambulance was called but did not arrive until 8.30pm. My mother had been on hard bathroom floor since 4pm. I understand the pressure on the NHS and ambulances but my mother is elderly and has other health issues so I was not impressed that we had to wait so long.
